Dr Kaycie Rosen Grigel is a Naturopathic Doctor who specializes in endocrinology, digestion, and family health. She focuses on utilizing diet, nutrition and natural remedies to help the body heal. She graduated magna com laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.A. in American Studies, and received her doctorate of Naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University. She owns the Golden Naturopathic Clinic, LLC, and has written for various publications including The Alaska Wellness Journal, Unified Energetics: A Clinician’s Journal, and The Natural Medicine Journal. Dr Grigel lives, practices, cooks, and plays with her husband, two daughters and dog in Golden, Colorado.
Chef Lilly Allison Steirer was a Personal Chef in California and Colorado before becoming a Mom and starting Lilly’s Table online meal planning service. As a Personal Chef, she focused on clients with various health needs, allergens & diets. Lilly’s Table plays off the meals she created for her clients by making her seasonal recipes more accessible with weekly meal plans and coordinated shopping lists. She now spends time preparing and photographing food for her husband and daughter, while diving into the local food movement of her new home in Tucson, Arizona.
